By the way Carl, I had a nose around the other stuff too, although I'm not going to register to post comments.
It does look a lot more professional that the Myspace thingy, but Myspace is where everyone is at, unfortunately.
If you want to see who's hitting your page, besides registered members, you could get a counter from gostats.com which tracks page hits.
There's so many of these things around nowadays. You may remember when I came to the States a couple of years back I started up a journal. Once you get going, you feel obliged to write stuff because you know people are reading it. I kept it running for a year or so, but gave up on it last December. I'm done with these things now, but they are addictive though.
Good luck with it.
Great review Carl :thumb:
Love the Blog too!
Thank you sir, glad you liked the review and the blog!
Stacey, I know what you mean about the feeling obligated to write in there everyday. But with my being the guy who is attempting to maybe write a mammoth book on the Glam scene, and with my wanting to start up a magazine, this will only help my writing out, and that is the main reason for doing it. That and so that if anybody wants stuff I record, they can just go get it without having to do trades and without my having to mail it to people. I know there will only be a handful of people who want my stuff, but it just made it easier for those few people.
I know My Space is the KING, but ya know, I just can't bring myself to joining that ugly ass world. Just on looks alone I will have to pass on it. I prefer the features of Multiply, and I enjoy the decided lack of "porn" stylings. Plus, just the layout is so much more professional looking.
Nice review there Carl
Yep, I agree Carl. Multiply looks so much better. It's almost like the VHS/Betamax scenario.
<font size="4" face="Arial">Damn, when you make that comparison...I really am wasting my time.Originally posted by Stacey.:

I would have compared MySpace with McDonalds:
- Many people use it.
- It's not really a quality product.
- You feel ill after using it.
err... er...
- They both start with an M? LOL!
